Erin S. Camp is legal counsel for employment matters at Siemens Product Lifecycle Management Software Inc. in Plano, Texas. In her role as employment counsel, she partners with internal Human Resources clients to provide advice and legal counsel on employment law issues, including, but not limited to, areas such as employment policies, wage and hour, equal employment opportunity practices, workplace safety, ADA and FMLA compliance, OFCCP compliance, management of leave, and employment agreements. Prior to joining Siemens, Ms. Camp worked as an associate attorney in the labor and employment law section of Haynes and Boone, LLP in Dallas.
Ms. Camp alsoworked on issues within the U.S. Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions as a staffer for U.S.Senator Lamar Alexander in Washington, D.C. prior to attending law school.Ms. Camp earned her J.D. in 2009 from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law,cum laude, and herB.A.,cum laude, in 2003 from Colorado College, where she was Phi Beta Kappa. While in law school, she was amember of the SMU Law Review Association, Executive Director for the Jackson Walker Moot Court Board, andVice President of Public Service for the Women in Law Society. While an undergraduate at Colorado College, Ms.Camp served as student body co-president. Ms. Camp is admitted to practice law in the State of Texas.
