Erin Martinson has been representing survivors of intimate partner violence, sexual assault and stalking in a variety of capacities for 19 years. She was formerly the Chief of the Protective Order Division at the Travis County Attorneys Office and now manages the Crime Victims Program at Texas Legal Services Center where she oversees a team of lawyers who represent survivors all over the state. Erin teaches Domestic Violence and the Law at the UT School of Law and is now on the Board of Directors of the Battered Women’s Justice Project.
